Metal Roof Restoration

Metal Roof Restoration Process

Why Replace that Metal Roof or Wall Panels when you can Restore Them at a Fraction of the Cost of New Metal Panels? And You Can Add Insulation to Save on Your Energy Bills  Usually the restoration process is between 1/3 and one half the cost of removing and replacitng metal panels.

And when the warranty period is over, you can restore it again and again without replacement.
Is your metal roof starting to look like one of those on the right?   Or is it starting to develop roof leaks?  Either way your roof can be restored to stop leaking, and look like new.

Below is a pictorial representation of one type of restoration process we use.  This demonstration is from one of our major suppliers, (GAF).
This type of system has an "Energy Star" cool roof rating that not only stops leaks and improves the looks of your building, but can also save you money.  See the Chart on the right for the savings found in government testing.  Based on the chart at right, the energy savings will be approximately 20% to 33% of the cost of the restoration over the life of the roof system in the Colorado climate.

Restoration projects can also qualify for tax credits, and may be expensed instead of capitalized in most cases.  (chek with your accountant)
Need or want more insulation to save energy?

With the use of our spray polyurethane foam products, prior to the elastomeric coating process, you can add almost R-7 for each inch of seamless spray foam.  These foam products are considered to be the best insulation you can buy and also help protect your roof from the elements, add structural strength and reduce outside noise.

Spray foam roofing systems on poorly insulated buildings can pay for themselves in as little as three to five years.
